Exciting News:
We are thrilled to announce that the venue for the Masters SA Champs has been confirmed! The event will be held at St Natal High School in Port Shepstone. Moreover, please note that there has been a slight change in the event date, and it will now take place on 18th and 19th November. Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable experience!
Upcoming Competitions:
We have some incredible competitions lined up for you in the near future. Make sure to save the following dates and locations:
1610 Weightlifting Throw-Down competition:
Date: 1st July
Location: Barbell 1610 in Gauteng
Limpopo Competition:
Date: 17th June
Location: Polokwane CrossFit in Limpopo
Free State Friendly:
Date: 12th August
Location: Bloemfontein
All these competitions are now open for registration on the SA Weightlifting portal. We extend a warm welcome to all Masters athletes and encourage you to participate and showcase your talent.

Event Reminders:
Time is of the essence! We would like to remind you of two important events with approaching deadlines:
Masters World Champs in Poland:
Registration for the Masters World Champs will close at midnight on 12th June. Don’t miss this chance to represent your country on the international stage. Head over to the registration portal now to secure your spot!
Masters Kit First Order Cycle:
The first order cycle for Masters Kit is also closing this weekend (extended to 12th June). If you haven’t placed your order yet, now is the time! The next order cycle will begin in mid-September, specifically for ordering kit for the Masters SA Champs in November.
